Error with SLD Service during install of SB1

Hi there,

I seemingly successfully installed the SLD component for which I entered a password in this mask:

When I tried afterwards to install more components on the same machine, I was asked for the same password in the following input mask:

Which results in:

I temporarily disabled the firewall to exclude this error source and I am 100% percent about the password.

Nevertheless I tried change password using SAP Service Manager, I can see the B1_ServiceManager.exe as a process in the taskmanager, but the GUI never comes up.

I can open the System landscape directory in a browser (https://localhost:30010/ControlCenter/index.html) though, but changing the password does not work either, it gives me "System error; check log for details". Where do I find this log?

I also installed SBO on a Windows 10 machine, but the results were the similar, only that in the web interface of the SLD, the I got a different error:"Please confirm that SLD is started!". I checked in Services, there it is says that is running. The firewall is deactivated, just in case.

On Windows 10 the SAP Service Manager never opened either.

Where do I find more information on how to resolve this?
