Failed to disconnect

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in my Production, the scenario direction is Mail to WS. we are getting a frequent error "failed to disconenct". Don't know really what's in behind. please refer attached screenshot.

The sender mail channel is successfully pinging and no issue in message processing, but this error has been continuously logging into the default trace.

Could you please help me on this?
