Special Freight Charges during GR

Hello Experts,

We have a scenario where we are having Scheduling Agreement (Document Type LP-Time Dependent).

We need to post MM Invoice first follwed by Goods Reciept. At the time of GR posting we will get to know whether the additinal freight charges will be applied or not and hence we need to post additional freight charges to some other account during GR posting.

We decided to create one pricing procedure with the Condition type PB00, FRA1 and FRA2. We configured FRA2 as manual condition in Pricing Schema and change the value of Manual Condition type directly in Scheduling agreement so that the condition will be taken into account at the time of GR posting

Issue 1:

Now the problem is that as the Scheduling Agreement is of type LP-Time dependent. The pricing procedure was not determined and only the condition type PB00 was fetched in SA

Even after providing Access Sequence and Pricing Procedure in Condition type FRA1 and maintaining the percentage value in condition record for condition type FRA1, the Condition type was fetched however the value was not reflected in SA. How to solve this issue

Is it possible to change the PricingCondition directly in GR without doing any change in the Scheduling Agreement

Issue 2:

We also have a scenario where the value of the condition type might be required to change after sometime. Is it possible that we change the value in condition record and the same is re-determined in already existing Scheduling Agreement (LP-Time Dependent) in both the cases if subsequent document is posted or if Scheduling agreement does not have a subsequent document.
