Proportional annual leave for new hirings

Hi experts,

I have the following business scenario:

employees are entitled to proportional leave (absence quota) for the first year of hiring.

Previous employment is also counted in annual leave calculation and we enter it in infotype 0041 (subtype 01)

I have done the necessary customizing in "Rules for Generating Absence Quotas" and the proportional calculation of annual leave for the first year of hiring works correctly if the employee doesn't have previous employment.

But if the employee does have previous employment (entered in infotype 0041) the proportional calculation of annual leave for the first year of hiring doesn't work.

Any idea?
