XI transport using CTS

Hi,

i'm trying to configure the CTS+

i have XI DEV,QAS,PRD i will use the XI DEV as CTS+ host server and domain controller

i'm following this guide

but i lost since page 16 there is new system appear OTO i don't know from where

so please help me if you did CTS+
