Dear PP Experts,
In our BOM ,our Assemblies have the same component ( same Material no. ) assigned . Now if i create a Sale Order for the Finished material ( MTO ) and run MRP (MD50), a single planned order with commulative quantity is being created with the sum of all the Assemblies ( Depenedent Requirements ). My requirement is the component should have multiple planned orders created for each of those dependent requirements of the assemblies.
To elaborate , our BOM structure looks like
BOM OF FG
Component : ASM1
Qty : 1
Component : ASM2
Qty : 2
BOM OF ASM1
Component : Comp
Qty : 1
BOM OF ASM2
Component : Comp
Qty : 1
Now if a Sale order for FG with a Qty of 100 has been created and if we run MRP in MD50,
Currently MD04 of "Comp" material looks like the below mentioned
COMP
Custst : 723282/10
PldOrd : 967899/SO Qty : 300
DepReq : ASM1 : 100
DepReq : ASM2 : 200
My requirement is , MD04 of "Comp" material must look like
COMP
Custst : 723282/10
PldOrd : 967899/SO Qty : 100
DepReq : ASM1 : 100
PldOrd : 967898/SO Qty : 200
DepReq : ASM2 : 200
Any suggestions on the settings to be done to achieve the above. Thanks in advance !!!
Hello
If I understood your requirement correctly, there are two requirements on the same date and you want to have different planned orders generated to cover each requirement. If so, try to implement the BAdI suggested on the following BAdI:

41 is combination of 40.20 & 50 , instead change to 20 for all assembly and components and check the result.

HI ,
Try putting Individual/collective indicator as 1
In MRP 4 view of assembly and components.
It will give u one to one relation in every thing.
All stock and requirements will be planned individually.

Hello
By default, MTO uses lot sizing procedure lot-by-lot (EX). You can change it following the procedure outlined in the blog below:

Thanks for your inputs Caetano ,but even Lot Size calculation does not help in this case.
I want my requirements to be triggered based on the Dependent requirement quantities which are dynamic. However, based on the configuration you mentioned, i tried changing it from Fixed to Dynamic etc , but couldn't get the required result.
My requirement is , MD04 of "Comp" material must look like
COMP
Custst : 723282/10
PldOrd : 967899/SO Qty : 100
DepReq : ASM1 : 100
PldOrd : 967898/SO Qty : 200
DepReq : ASM2 : 200
