access key

Hi gurus,

I am using IDES ECC 6.0

I have one ABAP user with access , now I created 2 new User for ABAP

Now it’s asking DEVELOPER ACCESS KEY for new users

And I do’t have service market ID

How to solve this problem.

And is it possible to LOGICAL BACKUP in SAP SERVER

If yes how????
