Asset Legacy Data upload.

Dear All,

I want upload the Asset Legacy Master Data as on 31.03.2008. Client Provided me the Data as on that date,

now i need devide these assets as per Clases, i will create the Masters through LSMW or BDC.but how can i get the Asset Values in to Masters.

Ex:

Printer Net Block As on 31.03.2008 Rs.9500/-

Accumul Dep as on 31.03.2008 Rs.2600/-

Now how do i bring these values in to masters while legacy

Master Data Uploading.

Please give me helpfull Ansewers, i will assign points.

HI

Use the transaction code AS91 to upload the Legacy Asset to your SAP system. This transaction code will help you to upload the Asset Master Data with Value.

Note:- But before uploading the data to production system better check throughly in your test client.

Dear Shekar,

You can use standard SAP Tcode AS91 (for main asset) and AS94 (for sub assets). These tcodes can help you get the asset master as well takeover values (APC and Acc dep)

Create an LSMW on these Tcodes and you can fetch the asset master as well as opening values in same Tcode
