Hi All

We are using Extended Classic with SRM5.0 with EECC6.0

1. EBP org structure is created

2. Have transferred Material, vendor master to EBP.

3. Able to all the required transaction in EBP like PO, Shopping card, Bidding etc.

Now We want to following in SUS

1. How to replicate Org structure from EBP to SUS

2. How to replicate vendors from EBP to SUS

3. How PO/ Bid will flow to SUS from EBP

Is it all will happen only via XI or anything needs to do in configuration in SUS? If anything is needed to do configuration in SUS then what config is neded to do?

Org structure needs to be crated only with company code, Pur Org etc may be w/o attributed with Vendor group etc.

then vendor transfer from EBP to SUS with xi taking details of Vendor group & Pur org ID of SUS as inputs.

hi,

1) it is not required to replicate org structure from EBP to SUS.

2) vendors will be replicated , when you click the flag 'portal vendor' in the maintain business partner transaction.

if you have not maintained this flag , you can also replicate using the transaction 'BBP_SP_SUPP_INI' in the EBP system.

But for the replication to take place , all the required setting are to be done on XI first.

3)Po will flow to SUS through XI in the form of XML message.

You have to follow the service procurement configuration guide to get details of what configaration is required on XI , EBP and SUS systems.....
