Refresh error when loading Bex from the portal

Hi Team

I'm loading a workbook from the EP but it never refresh automatic only manual.

I'm loading the Bex from the Portal with RRMX transaction and the name of the WB in the parameters.The Bex it's opening perfect and load the Workbook good, I put the variant and the workbook load the last information but never refresh the data automatic, I need press the Refresh bottom to do it.

Have you idea because never refresh automatic the data when open the WB?

The version is 7.0 but I've activate the refresh chack point.

The isuue is:

When I load the workbook manually it is refresh perfect, but when I load the workbook from the Portal it not refresh until I press the refresh botton in the bar.

Hi,

Which version are you working on, if it is BI 7, in the work book properties you will find one check box related to Refresh, check the box and try.

Assign points if it helps.
