Call Bex Broadcaster by Send Button on Web Analyzer : empty page displayed!

Hy, i have this seriously problem: when call Bex Broadcaster from BEx Web Analyzer i receive a empty page.

I set on SPRO template to broadcasting query and i restart the system but the problem it i'snt solved.

The BEx Broadcaster run correctly but receive a empty page whit the message "The page cannot be displayed" when it's invoked by Send button on BEx Web Analyzer.

Could you help me!! It's very URGENT.

Check the oss notes 1009405 & 972514.

Set the ms/redirect_version parameter to value 1 and restart your ABAP Web Application Server.

This should solve problem. We also faced this issue and note 972514 solved the problem

We had the same problem, and note 972514 most definitely sorted the problem out.

Use the following steps to confirm the change has been made properly:

Please check the parameter settings in system

Transaction SMMS->goto->parameters display. (ms/redirect_version)

I know our basis team said the change had been made, but when we checked with the above steps, found they had set the wrong value.
