how can i c the vendor wise stock overview of a particular material.

MB51 is for material document list...

i can see the materials received in MB52..this is alright...

but it may be possible that some of the materials have been issued from it...

I want to see the current stock for materials provided by vendors i.e list of all materials with their current stock for a particular vendor

OR if list of all materials with current stock is not possible then, atleast current stock of a single material for a particular vendor.

Dear Vijay,

There's no vendor-wise stock report in SAP according to my best knowledge. Maybe you can use purchasing group in MB52 IF one purchasing group is assigned to one vendor.

If you procure your material from one source of supply (one material - one vendor) you can collect the materials that belong to one vendor and set them in MB52 as filter criteria and get your report

If one material - one vendor strucure is true you can also use MD04 > collective access tab > give vendor > after pushing enter you will get the material numbers with plant stock.

MBLB is not good for this purpose it shows only the subcon-stock at your sc-vendors.

MB51 + 101/102 won't show you the actual stock levels, it shows how many goods have you received (e.g. consumption is not considered).

in md07 we can see by vendor not by both but for all mat
