Thanks very much for your help! But now my question is frondose, for example:I can post new Thread or message or private message, but I can't find the thread who with a attachment ,and I can't find the private message .I didn't know if it is the problem that about the Moderation, because after I post the thread, it give me the message:Note that a moderator must approve your thread before it is posted in the forum .
Hi,
A moderator checks and approves new forum content before putting it in a forum and making it visible for participants in the forum.
He or she manages content both before and after it is placed into a forum. Moderators can change, move, or delete forum content.
You can see this topic from the documentation:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/45/fe59425bcc6c06e10000000a1553f6/frameset.htm
In moderated forums, each thread has to be approved by a moderator before it becomes visible for all users. If this is the case, a message appears telling you that your message needs to be approved by a moderator. In some cases, the moderator may reject a message.
Hope this info will be helpful for you.

Lubi
Dear cui zhao,
Please perform Below mentioned checks
In forum Admin view go to content select your relevant forum and on the left click on "Forum Moderation" make sure Moderation Setting is set to "None"
go to content select your relevant forum and on the left click on 'permissions' go to 'Grant new permission' there select
Choose the Permissions: [Select All]
Read Forum
Rate Message
Create Thread
Create Message
Create Attachment
Create Poll
Vote in Poll
Create Announcement
Make sure that Create Attachment option is checked
Choose a user or group to grant the permissions to:
Select a group of users or a single user whom u want to eneble atachement for that particular forum and click on 'Grant New Permission'.
The above mentioned method will resolve your attachment issue for sure ...Now try posting in the forum for which you have set the permission as mentioned above....it will work for you
If still problem persist do maintain below setting also
Now go to NNTP---> start the server, go to NNTP --->NNTP Feature the in "Enable Attachments" option select 'Yes'
Please Reward points
