How to add a button to tcode F110 via transaction variant?

Hi Experts

I want to add a button to the status 'STA' of F110. Except modifying the native status, is there any way to do so? Can I use transaction variant to add a button there? I just found transaction variant can only deactivate or add default value to a screen.

Hi Stephen,

You cannot use Transaction Variants or Screen Variants to add elements to a Standard SAP Screen. This is clearly highlighted by SAP in the following link termed as Transaction variants and Screen Variants: Restrictions.

I think the only way is to change the status 'STA' of F110 using an access key to achieve your desired functionality.
