Partial settlement in condition contract management

Hi all

using on S4 the condition contract management. Or rather trying to...

Using contract type 0S01 it works fine in terms of determining the right sales volume, building the accrual etc. But then there are two things i cant get to work:

a) when doing a manual payout on my contract, the accrual is not taken into account. So afterwards during settlement it is as if the manual one never existed which makes no sense and also compared to SD rebate management is a lesser functionality. I couldnt find a way to customize this. Any ideas?

b) secondly my agreement is like accrual 10%, payout 7%. So when doing partial settlement i thought the accrual is reversed by 7% and 3% remain. But no: accrual is reversed 100% and payout is made a 7%. Again whatever customizing setting i did, no success. Is this scenario not supported (leaving accrual partially till final settlement?

Hi Kai,

Once you are doing Manual Pay out against a Contract, are you using transaction WB2R_DOC_ENTRY ? If yes, then to accrue the amount simultaneously I think you will have to use the Manual Accrual Condition Type REA5 (REA5 additionally, in the Pricing Procedure for Manual Credit)

(In case if you are using some other method to provide the Manual Credit then let me know the detail of the same).
