Territory management in SAP C4C

Hello Expert's,

I have one doubt regarding "Territory management " in SAP C4C.

I defined one higher level territory and assigned one employee responsible to this territory. Under this higher level territory there is one more sub level territory .like below

Higher Level Territory A -----> Employee A1
|_Sub Level Territory B --->Employee B1

When I am login with Employee B1 , under my account option ( in customer work center ) I can see account assigned to Territory B .

But when I am login with Employee A1 , then I can see only account assigned to territory A . Ideally it should show account assigned to territory B as well which is not showing .

Any idea what needs to do more here to show sun level territory account as well when login with higher level territory account.

Hi Chetan,

1. What Account "query" are you using when logging in? Just "My Accounts". Did you try "My Territories Accounts"

2. Have you touched Access restrictions for the roles related to these territories?

Thanks for reply.

Yes, It is "My Territories Accounts" account where I am not able to see account .

I checked Access restriction option and restricted access based on Territories, but still not able to see account in "My Territories Account".

Anything more require to do here to restrict .

Hi Chetan,

Sorry for the delay. This is the behavior as expected, but I think as of 1608, there is a option in your Advanced Filter to select the check "Include sub-territories". Two options to go about this.

1. You can create a new page layout and select the checkbox on the advanced filter for customers and as of 1611 assign this page layout under the new "blank" column available. Follow the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LTbvegV0TM

2. You can create a new query (called maybe My Territories and territories) and select this checkbox in adpat mode and then using the organize queries in adaption mode to set this new query as default.

My recommendation of the options would depend on the business needs. Hope this helps.
