Unable to resolve Integration Conflict at the NWDI

Dear Everyone,

I am unable to resolve the integration conflict which was raised on a particular jsp file. The options to resolve are greyed.

When seen, there was no difference in the jsp files between the active and colliding version. Both were same.

Hence I tried to create a new activity for the same jsp with few comment lines and then checked-in, activated and released. This is to show the difference.

But unfortunately now after the release of the acitivity, I am able to see the difference in the jsp files but not able to resolve the conflict. This is because the options are greyed and I am not able to resolve.

Has anyone faced this issue before. I guess Greg Kasi has faced the same problem but he has not specified the solution in his thread.

It would be nice if someone takes this asap and advises us how to resolve this integration conflict when the options are greyed.

I do not find the activity in the Check-in view or Activation view. They are successfully released as per the Transport view. Hence I do not see any problem there.

Pls advise.

Regards

Arul
