CRM_UI_FRAME brings a blank screen

Hi,

after installing CRM 2007

and starting ...8010/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/default.htm

all worked fine.

NOW, after installing the newest available servicepacks,

I get a blank screen after using for example role MARKETINGPRO.

Same behavior with other roles,

Only if I try role IC_AGENT I get some fragments in the upper part of the screen.

I have checked all services, they are activated.

I tried to start CRM_UI_FRAME via se80, same behaviour.

Hi

i also experiencing same problem.

i checked notes #1144511, it's been implemented, but still encountered this blank screen problem.

any lead really appreciated

Hi Jushan,

if you still encounter the problem check the hosts file (in the Windows directory) on the server and take a look if the Domain is entered there. This solved our problem with the blank screen.

Hi,

Could also be authorizations issues. But if you have SAP_ALL profile then this is not the case.
