Stock Removal

My client uses Stringent FIFO for stock removal. The warehouse structure is all production line storage types are numeric e.g is 301, and rack side storage type is alpha numeric.

Requirement : customer wants to remove the stock from line side, but these line side storage types are excluded,

"Indicator: no stock removal if strict FIFO removal strat.set".

Now I cant remove these storage types from exclusion list but pick (stock removal - 601)from those locations.

Have anyone encountered this scenario??
