Hi raghu ram

i think in your case , availability check is happening that is the reason , it is allocating material qty to customers to whom you raise orders . and confirming the delivery dates also

To unreserve the stock dont maintain availability check , so in MMR

maintain availability check as 01 in sales/gen plant view and MRP type as ND

But as in your case why it is giving only 100qty in the 2nd line item , so please check stock in MMBE

I hope the problem should be solved

Reward if useful

let me knw the status

Regards

Srinath

Hi

This is happening because of the TOR. The system by doing Availability check confirms the Delivery dates and Confirmed quantities and when you save the Order the requirements will be transferred automatically and the stock is reserved to that sales order. If you donot want to reserve the stock, you have to deactivate the TOR at schedule line level. But this is not advisable because, the system by doint Availability check gives the deliver dates and quantities. But when you create the actual delivery the stock may not be available.

Thanks,

Ravi
