Transport SCI check variant

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to delete/change an SCI check variant with "transportable" check selected.

However after the successful transport(RC 0) to test system, the variant is not being deleted/changed there! I see that the customizing entries in tables like SCICHKV_HD are unchanged. Can anyone guide if there is a separate process to do it?
