Dear Experts,
I have the following scenario in our client site, they produce leather jackets.
Consider i have 4 operations,
Person A - Opn 1 - 15 mins
Person B - Opn 2 - 15 mins
Person C - Opn 3 - 15 mins
Person D - Opn 4 - 15 mins
So finally after 1 hr you get a product. Working hours is 8 hrs, 9:00 - 17:30 with 13:00 - 13:30 lunch time. So now 9 -10 a.m you'll get 1st product and then after every 15 mins you'll be getting the further products. For example then 10:15 am you'll get the 2nd product.
Because for instance when the person C is doing 3rd operation of 1st production order 10001, Person B wont be sitting idle, he will be doing 2nd operation of next Production order 10002. So like that end of day you'll get 32 products. How to achieve this flow of manufacturing process in sap. What settings should i do in routing to get the above?
