GI for consignment and how amount is calculated

All,

I have a material where the base UOM and GR/GI Uof Entry are both KGs yet the Order Price UOM on the info record is TNE.

When the GI is done for 4977.88 KG

Info record price is 877EUR/TNE

The expected amount is 4977.88KG * .877EUR/KG = 4365.60 ;

However the amount calculated is 4365.71 ; which appears to be the GI quantity rounded up to 4978 multiplied by the inforecord price converted to EUR/KG so .877 EUR/KG

4978 * .877 = 4365.71

Can some one explain to me why this might be happening?

Hi,

Check the UoM master reg. the decimal level allowed.
