Disable Scheduling in Information Broadcasting (Send only email)

Hi!

I am using Information Broadcasting in 2004s in the web templates to send an email.

I was able to send an email to any one I choose, the report contents with the formats available.

This is how the end user sends an email to.

However, the pop-up screen shows the option schedule.

This creates a new schedule to run a report at any point the user chooses or with change in infoprovider data.

This should be disabled.

The user should only be able to send an email but not schedule the report.

How do I acheive this using IB in BI7.0

Or will any other approach help.

Please this is very urgent.
