Data load

Hello experts,

I am working on a HR project in which client is changing from People soft to SAP. Now in peoplesoft, employees have history of datas like hire, terminate, expat etc. and client wants to load all those things.

How we load that history of terminate, rehire, expat in SAP for Go live?

I have the action set up for mini master (IT 0,1,2) and we use PA30 for rest of the infotype through LSMW.

Please give some input...

Regards,

Alen

    hai

in every company the legacy data will be in different softwares,

here we have convert/ map into SAP and upload into R/3

whatever the terms which are existed, put in the document and map the terms into sap and put into the same document and go ahead

if i am right plz reward me

In the pass several implementations, I keep the 1st record (hired date - record, ie. 1/1/1980) then the next one is the same for everyboby for conversion date (which is your go live date ie. 1/1/2008).
