xMII Architect roles...?

Hi everybody...

1) What are the roles of xMII Architect ?

2) Has he should go to Plant or shop floor and get the requirements gathering and Interviews at blueprint phase?

3) What softwares or 3rd party systems knowledge required (ie., SCADA, MES, Historien)...
