0UCINSTALLAH_ATTR_2 issue with extraction

We have an issue with the extractor 0UCINSTALLAH_ATTR_2.

I perform a full update from ECC into BW, there are some records which are pulled with Old values. When i perform the extraction with one specific installation number it is picking the right value from ECC. If i do a full update, it is picking up old values. Someone could help me here to understand how to correct this? I am really confused here.

It sounds like you need to check the valid from/valid to dates in your extraction
