Yes we can have the same MI for Different Namesapces

The design objects is uniquely identified by combination of Object Name, Namespace, and SWC.

So in your case, it is not a problem.

yes you can, because the namespaces is different

by the way you can have the same MI in same namespaces if the SWC version are different.
