HANA Trial account: Unable to retrieve DB/ Schema list

Hi Everyone,

During accessing the HANA trial account from https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/, I was trying to activate my HANA DB from Persistence -> Databases and Schema. I am facing an error as follows and my schema/ Data base list does not appear.

I have tried creating New (Assumed my Schema/ DB is deleted by system), but I am getting a same error as follows:

Please suggest if any settings I have to reset in order to correct the above error in HANA Trial account.
