ODS Activation failure in Process chain

Hi All,

I am extracting data from R/3 to BI thru the Process chain updating into the Datastoreobject(DSO),

The request was failed and there was no critical error occured and I could not delete the request in the manage of DSO, i tried to delete the request in the RSICCONT table, then could delete the request,

when I scheduled the Process chain, it is failing while DSO activation, and throwing error as

" the Request DTP....... is INCONSISTENT" and failing.

Please advice me, any logs need to be maintained ,

Hi,

You may need to dele the data from other ODS tables like RSMONICDP, RSODSACTREQ also.

Delete requests manually from the ODS tables.

1. tcode se16.

2. delete the request in these tables : RSICCONT (delete activated requests

Make the selective deletion of the contents of that request), RSMONICDP, RSODSACTREQ (give the name of the ODS and the

request ID and delete all the entries pertaining to this selection in that table.), RSODSACTUPDTYPE.

You can refer to this notes: 947481

The request will be removed from your ODS.

see the error messages from log from the DSO manage.

Hi,

The error message is , it is saying that the deleted request DTP....is not consistent, but I deleted that request from table, that is why it is trying to activate that request also and failing,
