Dear SAP Consultants,

Can any one please tell me how I can use part appraisals as sub appraisals.

Our requirement for an appraisal for a fiscal year would be as follow

1) One performance appraisal valid for first 6 months along with their weighted average while second performance appraisal is valid for last 6 months along with their weighted average.

2) Personality attributes appraisals of an employee valid for whole year.

3) Final appraisal would have (average of performance appraisals) + (sum of personality attributes * 4)

I would appreciate if some one could help me out with the desired scenario.
