cavity wise analysis- How is it possible?

Could anyone tell me whats the best way to go for cavity wise analysis of MIC's. I need to capture data every hour (Inspection points).

Its a bottle industry and data is to be captured mold wise for all parameters. Could anyone post a faster solution.

It may have upto 30 cavities which may be running at a time and can have upto 10 characetristics to be recorded every hour.

Client is looking for data based on each mold. If dia is a parameter, they want to know how is the performance of dia on each mold. Requirements are, mean value of that mold during run, max value from mold during run, min value, etc.

In your case, I suppose, it is better to have MIC's by mould wise.

It may be pin ful to create huge no. of MICs's initially.

But it satisfies your client requirement.
