IS-Retail: BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT

Hello gurus,

I am trying to update the material master on IS-Retail with BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT. I change an existing article and set the reference article too, so that I do not need to provide too much information to the BAPI.

lw_headdata-ref_matl = lv_artnr.

But when I update plant-data, let's say the purchase group (PUR_GROUP) the BAPI requests also the following fields:

- Das Feld MARC-DISMM/BAPIE1MARCRT-MRP_TYPE ist als Mußfeld definiert; es enthält jedoch keinen Eintrag

- Das Feld MARC-LADGR/BAPIE1MARCRT-LOADINGGRP ist als Mußfeld definiert; es enthält jedoch keinen Eintrag

- Das Feld MARC-MTVFP/BAPIE1MARCRT-AVAILCHECK ist als Mußfeld definiert; es enthält jedoch keinen Eintrag

Why does the BAPI not take those values from the reference material? The documentation says it should.

Hello,

Please checkup whether 'Propose Field Content from the Reference' is checked in Configuration for these fields. Transaction OMSR and double-click on the field.
