Hi

Is it possible to send dunning notices to main customer after certain dunning level. I mean to say dunning notices upto say 3 level will be sent to customer and once dunning level increases to level 4, notices will be sent to main customer ?

can you please differentiate between customer and main customer. do u mean head office and branch?

Dunning notice can be sent to the main customer at level 4.

As level 4 is the last level.

How it is achieved ? And level 4 is not the last one. I have 6 levels and want to send notices after level 4 to main customer.

Hi,

You can send as many as but max 9 only...already you have definid 4 levels in dunning procedure, now you want to increse your levels, correct!!! yes you can always..you need to change the dunning levels from 4 to 6 in dunning procedure and then you can run "F150"
