Taken authorization off everyone in Portals

Hi,

I have been working with portals for about 2-3 weeks and I was creating a new R/3 connection in Portal and when i was giving permission to the users, by right-clicking the R/3 system folder -> permissions and giving that user that didn´t have the sufficient authorization permission, i managed to take all permission of all the portals away from everyone, including myself. I have managed to find a back door way into the portal interface (threw NWA) but how can i fix the permissions so everyone else can log on?
