Hi . My company wants to add second person to AS02 screen. Is there any standard way to do this or i have to do enhancement ?

Are you sure it is AS02? Usually "people" are assigned to equipment (IE02/1) using partner functions, where you can assign more than one person - see blog https://blogs.sap.com/2014/08/29/equipment-record-integration-with-external-system-via-idoc/ "Partner functions definition and assignment"
