How to find the list of Forwarded mails in Workflow

Hi Guys ,

How do I find in SAP which inquiries I have forwarded to a particular group? I have forwarded a few cases over the last months but now I want to do a follow-up, but since I haven’t written down which inquiries it involves I want to find them somehow. How do I do that?

please suggest me some solution , points will be awarded surely for any guess from your side.

Yes i have checked the Outbox in SWBP, but i want to find is there any method or transaction by which i can find which and how many mails i have forwarded to a particular workflow group.
