Hi all,
we had similar problem ... solution was following:
Check the user used in the RFC connection (visible in joblog, in your case SM_XXXCLNT500_BACK) on the system to be analyzed and make sure that on SolMan this user has a valid S-User assigned in transaction AISUSER ! This should be enough, but maybe worth to check if also your SolMan-user with which you are executing the analysis has a S-User assigned in AISUSER.

No answer... but wanted to say that we have the same issue.
By chance, any further progress on resolving this issue? Is there any further findings that are worth knowing/looking into that you can share?
Many thanks in advance for your time.
