JMS sender communication channel error while connecting to Third party queue

I'm working on JMS sender communication channel, I have created the communication channel, when I'm checking the CC in Communication monitoring it showing me error which is shown below

A channel error has occurred. Detailed error(if any): Com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.api.connector.connectorExcept ion:Error creating initial context with environment: java.naming.provider.url=XXXXXXXXXX java.naming.factory.initial=XXXXXXXXXXXX

i am using protocal connecting to jms using JNDI.

on investigation i found that the version Third party use it supports JRE/JDK 1.7.x

so the jar files provided by them also support the 1.7

and we are currently using current Netweaver 7.31 which is not compatible with Java 1.7

is there any way that we can make it work without upgrading PI.
