We can only reprocess the Asynchronous messages.

Synchronous messages cannot be reprocessed, instead they need to be retriggered from sender system.

Hi Avinash!

As far as I know, "Cancelled" is the final step in message processing. You can't restart the message if it has already been cancelled.

Hi,

You can't able to resend any Cancelled message because STATUS of message in DB is "FAIL". If you need to resend it, get and update the STATUS of Message using MessageID in DB to "NDLV" and try to resend it.

Avinash,

You can send from RWB (dual stack) / send test messages (single stack) option, copying the failed payload and sender SI, BS, namespace.

Thanks,

Apu

If the payload of the cancelled message is available, you can pick it up and send it via test console in NWA.

Yes, it's possible, but only if we have few messages to resend and there are not any specific settings used in sender communication channel.
