Implementing Business Rules through BRF+ or BADI

Hi Experts,

Kindly suggest a best practice whether to implement business rules through BRF+ or BADI USMD_RULE_SERVICE in terms of performance & flexibility. Example Scenario : In MDGM 9.0, Custom UI configuration having around 150 UI fields(including custom attributes) and having business rules for almost 90 attributes to default & derive.
