Delivery qty must not be greater than order qty in VL01N

Hi...

At the time of defining picking qty and delivery qty in VL01N,

here if we specified delivery qty is more than order qty it accepting to post .

I want to restrict this like "Delivery qty must not be greater than order qty in VL01N" .

How to do ? plz. guide me ..

Then please go to 0vlp, select your item category and maintain "B" for "Check overdelivery".

Hi Deepa,

You can control this through copy controls,

Go to transaction VTLA here you seclect your delivery type and order type then go in to item data details here you can able see field Pos./neg. quantity under control tab you enter data as '-' Negative in this field then try.

Order requirements:::::101

Item Data:::::::::::::::::::101

Updata Document flow:::X

Pos./neg.quantity::::::::::+
