Product category id should be change or modify in C4C system

Hi Friends,

We are creating product category id in C4C system, unfortunately it saved in wrong name and trying to edit it we have not seen the edit/delete option(Delete option is inactive mode) could you please share your inputs if you have faced any kind of situation.

I would like to present you the KBA "1710379 - Is it Possible to Change the Root Product Category ID?" that affirms that this is not possible for Root Product Categories. According to the documentation, "Once a Root Product Category is saved, it is not possible change its ID.

Once a Root Product Category is created, it is not possible to delete the root product category ID".
