ABAP to CRM

Hi All,

I have 3 yrs of abap exp. but want to shift to new technology like CRM since i know CRM and been a end user in crm for sometime. Got some functional experience also in crm. is it wise to shift to crm.

need ur advise.

    hi there

    since you have enough exposure in ABAp and you must be very comfortable with functional side.

    i guess if you get any opportunity just do not hesitate and move into functional side of CRM

    since you have been technical person,itell you it will really help you to have gr8 career in CRM

    industry really is in need of techno-fucntional consultants

    and i guess you just get hold of CRM fundamentals and there you are on right path

    just go through SAP best practice documents

    like

    C22,C23,C37,C17

    and CR100

    it will really help you
