In SAP Byd,

Do we have output template store wherein we can download templates with latest updates from SAP ByD Team?

Hi Vishal,

There is not a specific place where you can download the last version of templates done by SAP.

The SAP templates usually are updates automatically in the system, when some change is done by our development team.

Thanks for reply.

In my case, implementation partner have modified major default templates & hence i am not getting regular updates.

what should i do?

Hi Vishal,

We recommend to do a copy of the standard SAP template and use this copy to do the custom changes.

For your scenario my suggestion is:

Create a new form template code (as shown in the link above).

For the form template already changed, that once was the original SAP files, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Application and User Management
2. Business Flexibility
3. Form Template Maintenance
4. Select your custom template
5. Click in “Versions” button.
6. So a list with all version will be displayed.
7. Select the last version before the custom change, and click in “Revert to” button.

It should bring back the last standard SAP version.

Remember to “Publish” the file again to do it available to use.
