Problem with Structure ?

Hi,

We have a query with Structure in Report.We deleted a field in structure and ran the report and again we add the same field to same structure and saved.But when we the run the report we getting data correctly but wit hpopup window saying aas "Warring Query was changed element FILED no longer exists in the structure.

Why this happening and need solution for this ASAP.

Hi Srini,

When you change the Structure ,You need to Save structure as well.After that you can save the query and Execute.

If you dont change save the Structure aftr changes,It will use the old saved structure.

I save each and step and then excute ,but still it showing popup window with message.

Try saving and then executing the query from the query designer, this should pick up the changes that have been made and should then on not give a warning message about missing fields.

But is the data displayed correct? If so you can supress warning for that query on RSRT. This sometime happens when the OLAP cache gives the warning when a query is modified and regenarated. In which system is this happening in dev or in prod?
