MODEL USAGE

hi all

i have imported a model which has 3 value selectors and

my customer wants another value selector in the end view .

Should i go back to the functional module and enhance it with another value selector?

If so when i import the new aRFC model into my NWDS what to do with the old model?

Or is there any other way of getting this job done?

thanks in advance

krishna chaitanya

    Hi Chaitanya,

If you want get EVS as you are doing now you can change the existing RFC.Once you change the RFC you need to re-import the model and restart the server to in order to get the changes.

Or is there any other way of getting this job done?

You can even implement the EVS as described in the SAP help, please follow the following link:

    • HI Chaitanya,

When you'll reimport your model then it will automaticall convert your old model into new model. So there is no need to change anything. you can use same model node

You just need to edit model bindings of model node in component controller and context bindings. of value node in view according to wheather new context is added or deleted.

      Just reimport your model
