I can not access Web BOE/CMC

Hello

Web BOE/CMC I can access localhost and server the same subnet
But when access another server difference subnet and firewall then can not , I thing it relative to timeout session but I try increase session of firewall but it still error

please anyone help me fix it

Again, this is due to your firewall settings, its not a timeout issue. Please review BOE Admin guide, section working with firewalls as well as get your IT department to read it and fix it on their end.
If you can access the pages via localhost without any issues - then your BOE part of this is working properly.
The rest is up to your IT/Security team who are very creative with their firewall usage.

This error is very crazy, because the tool pallet on the left is displayed, but the core content is not.

Have you tried to do a web deploy?

You need to work with your network/firewall admins to fix this.

This is basic wb site/network access issue that has nothing to do with SAP/BOE.
