    Reddy,

SARA in what context ? I hope you are referring to BIW .

Also lookup Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) on the support portal.

    Moving this to BIW Forums...

    Hi Sreddy,

It will be very difficult to put all the information in mail, i advise to go through some document. However below is ur requirement:

    1. You have to customize the FILE system - this will tell where archive files should be kept. This FILE system configuration plays an imp role

    2. Configure Archiving object specific customizing, here you specify Logical file name (from FILE system), archive file size, Deletion program setting, content repository, store job setting

Based on your customizing of deletion program and store job setting, system will execute these jobmaually or automatically.

    3. Residence period - Enter the residence time as per the business requirement of your company in customizing

Note: Different AO will have different functions but Write and Delete will be common for all AO's

    4. Create variant for Preprocessing or write and enter our selection in variant, schedule it, and check for the result

    5. Deletion and store job will be executed based on your customizing.

    Reward if it benifits.

    -Thanks,
