Im not sure exactly, but the same kind of issue i faced with custom SEGW project.
I have requested my basis team to re-transport the respective TR's.
In your case:
1. if you deleted the project, system must ask the TR # and if you have the TR then ask your basis team to revert back your project.
2. One more option is ask you basis team to re-install the standard fiori app related applications/notes.
